We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to performs administrative support functions of a responsible and confidential nature for the Executive Team and provide backup assistance for the Executive Assistant.

What You Can Look Forward to

* Performs support for the Executive Admins.
* Assists in planning and coordination of meetings/events.
* Assist with the planning/scheduling of internal/external meetings/events.
* Assist with travel arrangements.
* Assist in setting up meals/beverages for internal/external meetings.
* Assist in preparing credit card reports/payment of invoices.
* Assist in filing and retrieving corporate documents/agreements.
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
* Screen/answer phone calls that may be directed to you on behalf of the Executive Admins.
* Assist in the upkeep of the kitchen areas.
* Assist in the ordering of office supplies.
* Assist in maintaining office equipment regarding repairs/ordering copy paper/etc.
* Provide technical support/assistance whenever possible during conference calls, presentations, webinars.
* Serve as backup to the Receptionist as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* High School Diploma/GED required, Business Administration degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience required in a similar role or related customer service oriented position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
* Strong organization skills required to successfully perform in a multi-task environment.
* Must have the ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
* Travel as needed to attend off-site committee meetings and events.
* Expert in Microsoft application suite, including but not limited to, Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Interpersonal and relationship skills, including listening skills.
* Ability to work independently and with flexibility.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
