We have been a pioneer in designing insurance products to meet the needs of the mature market, and in 1968 became one of the first insurers to offer a Guaranteed Acceptance Life Insurance plan, exclusively for people ages 50 and over.

As a Workflow Coordinator Intern in the Colonial Penn Telesales group in Philadelphia you will gain brand, data analytics and workforce management knowledge at a leading life insurance company. You will assist with monitoring the prioritization of workflow and resources based on volume and staffing to meet sales performance metrics.

Key Duties:

* Manage call flow of over 1,000 clients per day
* Maintain company goals by distributing call flow to over 140 sales agents
* Manage and enforce sales agent's schedules
* Plan daily agenda
* Assist with special projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

* Pursuing a BA degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
* Communicate effectively and concisely, both oral and written
* Manage time to complete work timely and accurately
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Highly motivated ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Monitor and manage Inbound call volume
* Ability to work independently and as a motivated team player
* Ability to be organized and prioritize work; seek direction as appropriate
* Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
