Description Benefits Supplemental Questions

The City of Neenah is seeking an Administrative Intern to work in the Department of Legal and Administrative Services office at City Hall for this summer. This intern will assist the Department of Legal and Administrative Services with a variety of projects and administrative tasks including a major project involving scanning and indexing records.

The intern must be enrolled in an Associate's Degree program for Administrative Assistant or related field. One year of customer service experience required. Must type 50 words per minute and be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and the internet and be able to use a scanner, fax machine, copier, and calculator.

The intern will work 10 to 12 hours per week increasing to 15 hours per week starting after June 1, 2019. Hours are flexible between 7:30am and 4:30pm Mon- Fri.
