Job Description

Secretary to the Chief of Police

City of Kettering, OH City of Kettering, OH seeks an individual with exceptional secretarial and office administration skills to include statistical analysis, and exceptional communication and writing skills to fill the full-time position of Secretary to the Chief of Police. Ideal candidates must possess excellent administrative, writing, organizational, customer service and communication skills, a high level of proficiency in office computer applications, word processing, and data entry and analysis, database management, Lexis Nexis and crime mapping software, as well as demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff and the general public. Preferred applicant will have experience as an executive secretary, supplemented by related college course work or training.

Pay range is $21.90/hour ($45,552/year) - $31.05/hour ($64,584/year) DOQ. Excellent benefits.
