Job Description

City Clerk/Administrator:

City of Douglass, Kansas The City of Douglass is looking for qualified candidates to fill the City Clerk/Administrator position. Duties may include, but are not limited to: attend all regular and special meetings of the Mayor and Council, prepare long and short term planning recommendations, all financial accounting and reporting for the city, payroll, agenda preparation, record keeping, budget preparation, purchasing, collection of utility accounts, monthly and annual reports of activity of the various departments of the city, and any other duties as required. Superior customer service skills, and excellent computer and communications skills required. Required education: Associate or Bachelor Degree. Preference given to candidates with business and accounting training/experience and/or City Clerk certification. Send cover letter/resume, via by clicking apply now.
