Finance Director

Serves as the Department Head for the Finance Department and oversees and advises the City Manager regarding all financial and related matters.

The Finance Director plans, develops, and implements financial procedures and methods of budget preparation and execution, revenue collection, payroll administration, and all accounting functions. Additionally, the Director will direct preparation of financial statements and reports, oversee government audits, supervise purchasing and related activities, sign bonds and notes for the City and invests city funds. The Director has the responsibility to supervise the Finance Department employees and respond to questions and/or complaints from City officers, employees, and citizens.
