Job Description

The Junior Sales Manager at Citadel Information Services drives new business & delivers exceptional sales support through prospecting new customers, administrative functions and record-keeping of all touch-points. With an emphasis on managing the pipeline of new customers, the Junior Sales Manager will work within the Territory to drive successful customer experiences. Must be self motivated. No experience necessary. Will train.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect/recruit new customers in various markets (ie education, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare)
  • Develop the territory and manage sales pipeline
  • Perform initial discovery of new opportunities, identify needs and provide solution(s) recommendations
  • Assist with crafting/presenting demonstrations for new customers
  • Build long-term pipeline using generated leads
  • Deliver sales presentations on all services offered
  • Incorporate a high energy, fun, motivational sales perspective into the territory

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Capable of working on a team or independently
  • Self-motivated, competitive attitude
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and story-telling skills (required)
  • Scheduling meetings and travelling is a primary responsibility for this role.
