Our Internal Audit department is seeking motivated candidates for Associate Internal Auditor. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth through exceptional exposure to people, processes and technologies across our company.

Starting Range of Pay: $45,000-$55,000, depending on knowledge and skills

Be ready to:

* research and understand business processes, leading business practices and regulatory requirements
* conduct financial, compliance and operational audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley testing
* make recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness and internal control
* prepare reports to present to management
* interact with and assist external auditors
* perform special projects
* build productive working relationships

Be equipped with:

* excellent oral and written communication skills
* professional, business-like demeanor
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
* ability to prioritize tasks and manage ambiguity
* motivation to devote the time and effort necessary to meet deadlines
* proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred candidates may also have:

* relevant prior experience (including as an intern or co-op)
* relevant professional designations (such as CPA, CIA, PMP, CISA, CPCU or CLU)

You've earned:

* bachelor's degree in a business or insurance-related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
