These are the experiences you should have:

* Currently enrolled in your first year of a Masters level Human Resource/Labor Relations program, or MBA program with a focus on Human Resources
* A minimum of 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably within a human resources function
* Demonstrated ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization
* Strong business acumen along with leadership, innovative thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
* Aptitude to work strategically in a variety of functions and environments with a global mindset
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Results oriented with a commitment to customer service

Bonus points for:

* Experience in the health services industry
