Secaucus, New JerseyJob Summary:The Assistant, Account Management will be responsible for supporting the International business account manager in achieving sales and margin goals. This position will assist in managing franchise accounts, understanding sales plans and execution strategies of each. This position will also communicate directly with accounts, building relationships and trust.


Key Accountabilities:

* Collaborate and communicate effectively internally within the company and externally with retail partners to achieve the overall sales goals of the division
* Conduct market preparation to effectively support accounts in buying the assortment seasonally
* Process all orders and work with Sourcing and Logistics to ensure timely product flow to accounts
* Manage account orders and inquiries, providing best in class customer service and communicating all order updates to accounts efficiently
* Analyze selling and create reporting for management to assess business performance
* Identify key opportunities for each account and partner with manager on strategy implementation to increase sales

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree
* 1+ years of experience in account /franchise management or merchandising

Skills and Behaviors:

* Ability to build key relationships with major accounts
* Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Must have drive, initiative, and enthusiasm
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Must be a team player
* Must be a fast learner and adaptable to a changing environment
