  • Management experience recommended
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Proven track record of strategic marketing plan development and oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including AP Style.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to display initiative, work autonomously, and offer solutions to problems. Consistently able to display independent and innovative thinking and assume responsibility for projects.
  • Displays sound judgment and is able to make independent decisions guided by the business goals of the department and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize workload.

Functional Accountabilities

Data Analysis
  1. Manage and track the implementation of marketing initiatives designed to build patient volume.
  2. Utilize market data to understand opportunities and design programs to influence positive results.
Marketing Communication
  1. Develop and implement health marketing campaigns aligned with enterprise strategic initiatives
Staff Management
  1. Manage physician marketing staff, including oversight and prioritization of initiatives and budget, and strategic and tactical objectives.

Internship Program

The internship program provides the novice nurse with the knowledge base and skill set needed to transition to competence in clinical nursing practice. While providing the needed skills to meet the organization goals and mission, the program provides nurses with the leadership skills to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The program bridges the gap between undergraduate education and real-life professional nursing practice, delivering state-of-the art pediatric care.

The program is offered to new graduate nurses from an accredited nursing program with a passion for children. All new graduates, with less than one-year acute care experience, are eligible to participate in the program after obtaining licensure.
