Required Skills/Knowledge

Must show evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desire to learn and take initiative is essential. Strong writing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (Expert Level) and Powerpoint needed as well as a willingness to learn new programs specific to the development operations field i.e. Luminate, Igloo, Tableau and Donor Drive. Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently and be able to collaborate with others. Needs to be flexible, courteous, patient, and a positive team player, exercising a high level of professionalism at all times. Should be able to adapt easily to constantly changing situations, display strong time management skills and be able to produce prompt and effective results.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.

Functional Accountabilities

Regular Maintenance Tasks 
  • Execute data synchronization process between various database applications
  • Investigate and complete synchonization exceptions
  • Analyze and resolve data anomolies 
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained during the synchronization process
Communication and Team work
  • Communicate clearly with staff members both orally and written
  • Partner with team members to achieve shared goals 
  • Work collaboratively with team members throughout the Foundation to provide the highest level of service on each task

Internship Program

The internship program provides the novice nurse with the knowledge base and skill set needed to transition to competence in clinical nursing practice. While providing the needed skills to meet the organization goals and mission, the program provides nurses with the leadership skills to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The program bridges the gap between undergraduate education and real-life professional nursing practice, delivering state-of-the art pediatric care.

The program is offered to new graduate nurses from an accredited nursing program with a passion for children. All new graduates, with less than one-year acute care experience, are eligible to participate in the program after obtaining licensure.
