Supports the analysis, solution design, and architecture to deliver financial performance analytics in key areas including strategy, business planning, and operational performance. Creates and supports business intelligence solutions/reports and provides information and analytical consulting in support of financial, strategic, and quality initiatives.


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or related field



• 2 years of experience in data modeling (normalization, star schema)
• 2 years of experience in a reporting/presentation tool (e.g., Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Qlikview, ProClarity, Tableau)
• 2 years  of experience in defining, configuring, accessing, querying, and validating data using database systems such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
• 2 years of experience in data design, data quality, reporting/visualization creation, translating business and financial needs into long-term architecture solutions, and implementing self-service business intelligence



• Must be team oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and managerial levels within an organization
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and efficiently complete multiple tasks at the same time
• Financial data analysis and data architecture skills


1. Using the defined strategy and end user requirements work with the Business Intelligence tools, architecture, and data to deliver evidence based financial decision-making deliverables.
2. Participate in the aspects of data integration, retrieval, processing, and validation.
3. Design and perform data validation/verification processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely system balancing between source and destination data.
4. Translate business and financial needs into long-term architecture ensuring data quality and reusability.
5. Participate in the development of actionable plans to prepare and develop achievable/sustainable information deliverables.
6. Participate in project teams that implement and configure financial performance analytic solutions.
7. Provide training and function as a knowledge resource to end users of the Business Intelligence tools and Performance Analytic deliverables.
8. Perform other role specific duties and tasks as assigned.

Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
