Job Description

Bookkeeper / Secretary

High volume medical practice is seeking a Bookkeeper / Secretary to maintain and prepare records of routine accounting transactions, prepare financial reports, accounts payables, payroll and remit payroll taxes and other withholdings accurately and timely. Other duties include transcription of meetings, maintaining filing of records and providing high level of quality support service to physicians and CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

This successful career driven candidate must have experience with QuickBooks and be proficient in Excel & Word. Qualified candidates will be required to take an Accountant skills test. All hires will complete a credit and background check.
