Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Accessories Temp works closely with the Buying and Account Executive Leads to support the day-to-day business for US Accessories (handbags, small leather goods, costume jewelry, and other accessories) businesses.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting (By Account/By product category/By Style, etc.)
* Support market prep, in-market collection analysis and post-market recaps (i.e. historical selling reports, bookings by client, collection debriefs)
* Assist in the creation of seasonal tools (i.e. Collection Buy Books) and inspiration to equip the team to drive sales
* Assist with inventory management through core item allocations and product transfers
* Cross-divisional responsibilities:
* Partner with Client Engagement team on Product Discovery assortments for Multi-brand Retail accounts
* Validate copy and pricing for all Marketing materials
* Coordinate with Events team on sample and advertising needs


* Support Buyers and Account Executive with ad-hoc requests for the stores/accounts (product availability inquiries, support materials, visual merchandising, etc.)
* Lead various projects including competitive audits, seasonal pricing survey, and monitoring of industry/category news

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to multitask, manage and communicate in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust and refocus based on business needs
* Advanced skills in Excel (VLookup, SumIf, Pivot Tables) and Powerpoint
* Naturally analytical - extremely comfortable with numbers
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* A people-person - naturally easy, gregarious and confident - able to get on well with strong personalities
* Prior experience in Fashion Buying or Multi-Brand Retail/Wholesale preferred
