Job Description

Position Summary:

Assist with the Aftermarket Development Program (ADP) and develop knowledge within the Aftermarket segment of Textron Aviation. The internship will consist of functional overviews through the Customer Service, Service Center and Parts and Distribution (TAPD) organizations.

Position Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):

* Learn and adapt to company processes and systems within the Customer Service organization.
* Develop customer care, engagement, and communication skills
* Development of organizational agility needed to quickly drive resolution and customer /satisfaction.
* Engage with the functional teams within each rotation and actively contribute to the tasks assigned
* Opportunity for exposure to field-based positions throughout the Textron Aviation global network.
* Gain organization and process knowledge through active participation in ongoing projects, day-to-day tasks and engagement with key decisions makers.
* Assist with business operations, strategy development, technical support, customer engagement, supply chain, aviation regulatory requirements and account management

Education:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in:
* Aviation
* Business Management
* Marketing/Sales
* Engineering
* Other related field



Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer and MS Office skills
* Action oriented and seizes opportunities
* Professional and diplomatic demeanor
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Technical experience is preferred
