Shift: Days


Under direction of the RN, performs patient observation, collects data related to patient care, administers medication, treatment and procedures, implements the plan of nursing care and communicates findings to the RN according to policies and procedures while maintaining standards identified in the Colorado nurse Practice Act. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, psychosocial, functional, and emotional needs of the patients.  Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission, core and SHARE values.



Graduate from an accredited school of nursing



Colorado LPN License to practice practical nursing in the State of Colorado.



Colorado IV Certification, within 1 yr of hire

BLS (CPR) through the American Heart Association



No previous experience



Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.


Heavy Work - exert/lift up to 100 lbs. force occasionally, and/or 50 lbs. frequently, and/or 20 lbs. constantly.
