Lean Six Sigma Consultants

Location: Nationwide including Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, Miami, Seattle, St. Louis

This is a full-time or contract position.

Love business process improvement? Do you want to share your expertise with others?

Centric Consulting is hiring Lean Six Sigma consultants to guide our clients on process improvement projects. These are new positions within our rapidly expanding BPM and BPI service offerings.

The PEX Practice focuses on five (5) primary capabilities and is looking for an individual that can contribute in one or more of these areas:

* Business Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Just Do It)
* Process Assessment and Value Targeting
* Performance Measurement (Framework, Balanced Scorecards, Closed-Loop)
* Organizational Enablement
* Technology Enablement (BPMS, RPA, Rules Management, Digital, Data & Analytics)

This person needs to be well versed in process excellence, passionate about their clients, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions, and willing to travel up to 80% of the time across the US (primarily, but not limited to, our Centric locations listed above).

This person needs to be flexible and willing to tailor their approach specifically based on the client's needs. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and process excellence programs across the various aspects of people, process, metrics and technology.

Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.

And because we work with clients, excellent communication skills are important - both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.

Related, you should be someone with the spirit of an educator and thus gets excited about mentoring and knowledge sharing.

We love creativity. Help us create new solutions, improve existing processes and solve problems innovatively.

Do you like to travel? Good, because we need someone who likes being on the road. This role would involve up to 80% travel.

Black Belt certification is preferred. That said, we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to tailor their approach based on the client's needs. You could be leading assessment efforts, being a leader within a transformation program, leading the process within a technology implementation, etc..).

Last, but not least, you will need to be an experienced Lean Six Sigma Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of successful experience. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivering successful business process improvement projects in a consulting environment across a variety of industries. This role is delivery focused but would also like the individual to be capable and engaged with account management, practice management, and some business development initiatives as needed.
