Our Account Relationship Manager will create business relationships and generate sales leads with high-level contacts through face-to-face client site visits. Maintain an ongoing business relationship with current clients to facilitate future sales. Works in conjunction with a specific field sales team to drive penetration of strategic layered applications and increase client retention.

 

  • Builds impactful business relationships that drives penetration of strategic layered applications and increases client retention.
  • Maintains CDK market share while increasing existing client retention
  • Maintains positive, responsive and effective relations with external and internal clients
  • Focus on vulnerable accounts (EOT/CSI)
  • Gathering and Developing Testimonials/References & ROI’s
  • Proactive Billing review

 

Experience / Education

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 year experience / preference of over 3 - 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 75% or more
  • Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries perferred
