Job Description


The purpose of this position is to support internal consulting and project delivery with internal client focus in the areas of operational and process excellence, change management and/or M&A integration and value capture within the Global Program Management Office (Global PMO). The primary goal is to support a team partnering with CBRE departments to drive impactful business results that change the top and bottom line.


Review market and CBRE proprietary reports on clients' key markets, customers, competitive dynamics and overall business performance.

Communicate clearly and succinctly. Crystalize and effectively summarize, verbally and in writing, results of research, analyses and client-related efforts while being active and articulate in internal meetings and presentations.

Conduct reliable research and analyses. Understand and execute hypotheses-driven problem solving.

Know and understand how to use GPMO's tools, methodologies and accelerators and play an active role transferring relevant knowledge to clients.

Establish credibility with and demonstrate a partnership mindset and behaviors towards client teams.

Understand relevant industry trends, Line of Business economics and key strategic imperatives. Leverage an intermediate knowledge of overall change management, operational/process excellence and M&A concepts and practices.

Understand GPMO and CBRE broader intellectual capital in relevant Line of Business and functional skill areas.

Document GPMO intellectual capital in relevant Line of Business and functional skills.

Understand and participate in CBRE's corporate innovation and knowledge management initiatives.

Engage in corporate stewardship initiatives and participate in local office community building events.

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, technology, industrial engineering, organizational psychology or related fields with a minimum of 1-3 years work or internship experience.


Certification in the following disciplines are preferred:

* Lean Six Sigma
* Agile Methodology Certification (i.e. CSM)
* ProSci / Change Management


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.

Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Real estate or other financial service industry experience preferred

Good knowledge of technology/digital trends


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
