Job Description

Catholic Charities' is seeking for an Administrative Assistant for After School Program at Thirman L Milner School In Hartford

JOB RESPONSINILITIES:

Provide office and phone coverage during the after school program hours of 3:30 to 6:30pm.

Prepare copies and other light clerical duties as needed.

EDUCATION:

AA Degree or equivalancy with three years business and training experience or post high school certificat training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Needs to be a current Thirman L. Milner School employee.

Bilingual Spanish desired.

Internal applicants only.

Hours: Part Time - Working up to 12.5 hours a week
