Machine Operator

 Single line conveyer/ small equipment

     Warrenton, MO


Night Shift


Training on days for first few weeks then placed on night shift team.

Starting Pay: $15.38/hour for the first 500 hours then $15.84/hour


This position is a full time role that includes operating small equipment machinery and performing various production and packaging functions of food grade products. This requires technical machine operation functions and hand motions including gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling and bending.


Workers are required to follow all company safety rules, wear safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes and other necessary safety equipment to prevent injuries. Direct deposit is required and must be provided at start of training during orientation.

Workers are required to follow all plant/work rules and supervisory instructions.



Operate machinery with SAP data system

Fix minor mechanical issues (mechanic on site for escalated issues)

Lift, move and pack materials as needed for production.

Perform production tasks requiring hand movements and standing for 12 hours.

Perform other production duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor



Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and computer skills.

Must be able to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination to perform duties for 12 hour shifts.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Prior machine operating experience.

The shifts for this position 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.

Day shifts are filled by seniority therefore you will start on night shift after initial training

All teams work 2 full weekends per month and the schedule for the full calendar year is available.
