ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INTERN

PRIMARY DUTIES

* Assist with scanning vendor invoices into Feith System.
* Assist with processing of vendor invoices in both GEAC and SAP systems.
* Retrieval of vendor invoices for PA use tax audit.
* Prepare spreadsheets and documents as needed.
* Assisting our team with ad hoc requests
* Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

* High School Diploma required.
* Completed 1 years of college and currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
* A GPA of a 2.75 or higher is required.
* The candidate should have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and strong in verbal and written communications.
* Looking for a student who is a self-starter who is highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
