Product Compliance Intern, Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain team is seeking a highly analytical, energetic student to work with us this summer!


* Perform in depth analysis of orders entered to verify product compliance within the routing creation group.
* To gain a basic understanding of the operating procedures and business processes in order fulfillment and coordination.
* During the internship the student will participate in group sessions offering a basic introduction to Carpenter's material processing groups, and then assist the groups in support of specific projects.
* The intern will work with Carpenter's Process Analyst personnel to assist with data analysis and data entry.
* This individual will assist in other support functions for Product Compliance initiatives.
* Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.


* Students should have completed 2 years of college and studying in the fields of Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
* The candidate should be proficient in data analysis, with the Microsoft Office Suite, and strong in verbal and written communications.
* All positions require self-starters who are highly motivated and who have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and professional image.
* Qualified students should have a minimum 2.75 grade point average to be considered.
* Candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage several projects at once.
