Research Intern - Sada Online Journal

Unpaid 18-35 Hours per Week

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a global network of policy research centers in Russia, China, Europe, the Middle East, India and the United States, is seeking an intern to work part or full-time on Sada, Carnegie's online journal on the Middle East.

Duties will include monitoring journals and media outlets in the Middle East (including social media and blogs); preparing short summaries about the regional and local developments; proofing and fact-checking articles as needed; improving archives; maintenance of social media network channels (Twitter, FB) in two languages; and supporting editorial staff as needed. Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Internship will start during the summer and is located in Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. Please apply via the Carnegie Endowment website.
