Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Coordinator!

The Creative Coordinator provides administrative support to CCO, Executive Creative Directors (ECD), Creative Resource Manager, and the Creative team.

In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively.

Essential Functions/Principal Accountabilities of the Job:

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Creative Coordinator include but are not limited to:

* managing CCO & ECD calendars;
* ensuring timely submission of departmental timesheets;
* complete and submit all appropriate expense reports for reimbursement;
* timely submission of award show applications and managing Award Show database
* help keep track of schedules for each creative
* ensuring proper departmental scheduling (vacations, holidays etc.)

* Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* coordinate and schedule departmental travel arrangements;
* help manage proper departmental scheduling (vacations, holiday, etc.);
* participates in creative presentations as needed;
* helps to manage and keep creative assets within the Vault organized;
* maintains department logins and subscriptions
* keeps Creative Resource Manager apprised of the status of work;
* prioritizes tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines;
* help Creative Resource Manager manage internship program;
* help schedule performance reviews;
* help manage temp/freelance resources and on-boarding;
* works closely with the Creative Resource Manager and HR in recruiting, hiring and on-boarding new hires.
* acting as the representative of the Creative team at specific meetings, as requested;
* serving on various agency wide committees, as appropriate, that benefit not only the creative department but also the agency as a whole;

The Creative Coordinator will interact regularly, and collaborate effectively with the all personnel of CL but specifically and regularly with the following teams: Creative, Project Management, New Business and Office Services.

Required Skills

* Education:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

* Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Solid ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Computer literate.
* Team player.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
