Job Description

Position Purpose

As a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market team, this position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services focused on supporting production staffing, process management of staffing related activities and ensuring completion of hiring compliance activities within our high volume production locations - specifically Dodge City, KS.

Acting under direct supervision of the Production Recruiter, the incumbent will utilize their HR Employee Experience knowledge to administer local recruitment processes related to position fulfillment; supporting these key activities to ensure applicants transition through the hiring process in a highly efficient manner while maintaining all compliance requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

Business Leader 85%

* Serve as a specialist within the HR Solutions Employee Experience market HR Solution team to provide support to high volume production recruitment activities.
* Partner with the Employee Experience Production Specialist and CBS team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as interview management, correspondence, background screening processes, Pre-employment screening, medical review and holds, offer letter preparation and facilitation of new hires
* Assisting and / or leading compliance reporting and document management for high volume recruitment activities such as disposition code completion, connect the dots and auditing of hiring records
* Supporting mobile recruitment activities, attendance of local job fairs, and maintaining rapport in local communities.
* Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo)
* Actively participates in recruitment related projects or initiatives

* Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions

* Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes

* Provide input to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies
* Ensure application of standard policies
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and/or regionally

Required

* High school diploma or equivalent required GED
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
* Strong drive for results with results/outcome focus
* Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a meticulous attention to details. Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to follow a defined process.
* Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees at all levels

Preferred

* Associate and/or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1 Years of experience recruiting high-volume hourly/non-exempt positions.
