Job Description

The role will support the Training and Development Manager to assist in areas that will expand and support the learner's experience. The Instructional Design Intern will help to analyze, design, develop web-based training, facilitator/participant guides, micro-learning modules and resources. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the instructional design field by building materials for practical application. The role will be exposed to Learning and Development tools and resources at the individual, team and organizational level.

This position would be scheduled 30 - 40 hours/week.

Review and update training presentation documents. Assist in the development of e-learning courses. Utilize graphics software to create role-specific training and learning content.

Prepare materials to develop e-learning courses. Research learning and business information for learning materials. Assist with updating training documentation.

Assist tracking course attendance.

Coordinate and moderate training. Research and collaborate with subject matter experts.

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures.
