Digital+Devops Test Manager- 9 to 12 Yrs- Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

Digital Test manager is a key person who can understand the testing requirements from client and bring outsider view for the effective and efficient digital testing. He/She will be the key interface to the client stakeholders and create major deliverables like test approach document, strategy document, automation framework, estimates, review of deliveries, status tracking, portfolio management and reports preparation to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and reviewing the digital applications quality process to ensure that it meets both the technical constraints of the architecture and the business objectives of the enterprise in terms of reliability, scalability and serviceability
• Project delivery in distributed agile to deliver the minimum business viable product in given sprints and releases
• Strong test management including mentoring automation and SDET resources
• Maintaining ongoing involvement in the build and test phases of each application/initiative, from definition of business requirements through design, testing, deployment and management.
• Leverage the prior experience on the API/iOS/Android testing to streamline the approach across the LoB
• Overseeing application testing to verify, monitor and ensure performance and scalability, including the identification and alleviation of bottlenecks 
• Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project
• Produce a detailed functional test strategy document to match customer requirements and expectations
• Take ownership of the testing solution, develop solution strategy and drive the engagement from testing solution stand point independently
• Review of project delivery which includes estimates, test plan, ALM content, test summary reports and test metrics
• Ownership of portfolio within the Digital line of business – resource management and the projects delivery through 100% automation of both progressing and regression testing

Preferred skills/Experience:
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software testing technological platform (Digital – iOs, Android, Angular JS, automation frameworks) and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios
• Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a testing solution
• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
• Must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the customer ecosystem

Technical Skills:
• Digital testing background
• Agile and Distributed Agile experience in Enterprise applications
• Experience in Automation, Robotics, CI/CD—DEVOPS, Machine Learning, API, Service Virtualisation testing ( Must have any 2 of them or more)
• Project or Program Test Management experience
• Good communication skill
• Good team leading
• Good in planning and organizing
