Job Responsibilities

Job Summary: We @Capgemini are looking for candidates with great sourcing and recruitment skills. ideally someone interested to work as a Sourcing Executive in an individual contributor role, will be responsible for performing full life-cycle Sourcing/recruiting processes directly sourcing candidates via various sourcing channels, conduct their initial prescreening as per the JD, do interest check & gather basic details, educate candidates about Capgemini Opportunity & our business. Help/support in interview process, immigration process, etc. 
You should have technical recruitment experience with, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and desire to strive to learn about innovative sourcing techniques, recruitment Industry, domain/sectors e.g. Financial Services, Consulting, etc
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understanding the need / criticality, and timely Identify the potential candidates through various sources like, job portals, LinkedIn, internal job boards, employee referral, and candidate references.
• Building strong relations with Onsite team and/or Practices / Business stakeholder.
• Share, present best practices & market trends / market intelligence within the team & onsite team and/or Business/hiring managers 
• Sell the candidate a job opportunity and sell the internal client on the candidate
• Building proactively the virtual pool for backups for decline and new business
• Developing and managing a large network of candidates for various skills
• Work in a fast paced environment where client requirements can change frequently, and have the ability to work through this ambiguity
• Problem-solve and make decisions quickly and effectively; ability to confront problems directly and bring them to effective resolution
• Work independently and also collaborate with team members to develop a cohesive and collaborative environment
Experience & Qualification:
• A proven IT recruiting professional with 2-5 years of experience in Sourcing and/or Technical, IT Recruitment, US/UK/APAC Recruitment
• Prefer experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including:
o Sourcing (using Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Ladders, social media, etc.), 
o candidate management until he/she joins
o interview management and successful offer negotiation
• Strong ability to learn, master innovative sourcing techniques, candidate Engagement, etc
• Strong critical thinking skills; ability to understand and set priorities and make trade-offs as priorities change, organization and planning skills including follow-though, time management
• Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid technical recruitment experience with a focus on Information Technology and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Should be Flexible to work on sourcing, recruitment for different geographies so open to work in different time zones if required.
