Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience -
•    Excellent communication, tenacious and assertive, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
•    Proficiency in English(Verbal and Written)
•    Good Knowledge of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•    Attention to detail, organized and flexible
•    Customer service orientation
•    Experience in coordinating between work groups
•    Knowledge of Project Management methodologies proven by PMI PMP(R) or equivalent certification - as an asset.
•    Will be a key support to the Project manager 
•    Proven experience in project management and aspiration to further career development in this area.

Job Responsibilities

Job description    
The Sr. Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The position is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Sr. Project Lead or will have to work with the vendors directly

1.    Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals and ensure timely completion of the project.
2.    Work with project stakeholders and external vendors, in an onshore and offshore engagement model to gather requirements, create project plans, identify and manage issues (mitigation plans), risks and changes. 
3.    Accurate and timely reporting of project progress and status to project stakeholders via reporting and formal presentations. 
4.    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate.
5.    Manage and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders remotely 
6.    Manage risk identification and mitigation actions in order to minimize their impact of the project.
7.    Experience leading minimum of 2 - 3 Small to medium size projects independently

Candidate's profile/Requirements

•    Flexible to Shifts - US project and is required to work night shift    
•    Knowledge of Project Management methodologies proven by PMI PMP(R) or equivalent certification is a value add
•    Should know how to create a project plan based on the requirement of the client
•    Should have handled a minimum of 2 technical projects - Infra/ Apps etc
•    Plan View tool knowledge will be an added value 
•    Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, tenacious and assertive, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
•    Negotiation and influencing skills, excellent client facing skills, able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment.
•    Ability to manage conflicting time demands and multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work to tight deadlines.
•    Must be pro active in identifying tasks and ensure completion
•    Should be a team player
•    Fluent English is essential
•    Will have to work out of SIPCOT office within Offshore
