Created for Diversity Hiring,Experience: 12+ Responsibilities include: • Define strategic growth objectives for the Practice along with market sizing, competitive analysis, opportunity mining and marketing/sales collateral • Build DevOps practice grounds. Define point solutions and solution offerings for DevOps Practice. Grow team to 200+ in 12 months • To lead DevOps strategy and assessment consulting engagements for BFSI clients • Participate in large deals with a specific focus on application/infrastructure technology transformation through DevOps • Lead DevOps alliances like IBM, Puppet, Chef, CloudBees and Splunk. Should have specific focus on revenue models, joint go-to-market strategies and joint capability building • Develop in-house continuous integration/continuous delivery solution accelerator platform • Build DevOps Experience and Reference Solution Architecture Labs • Create a dedicated career track for DevOps associates in the Practice • Participate in multiple industry events and client forums to articulate and present Capgemini’s DevOps perspectives, insights and points of view Primary Skills (must have): DevOps: Infrastructure Automation, Continuous Integration/Delivery, Release Management/Orchestration Technology and Business Consulting Client Relationship Management Global Delivery Management Technology Business Development SCRUM and Agile Frameworks Process Re-engineering Secondary Skills (Nice to have): E-Commerce Experimental Learning
