Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

Job OverviewThis tax intern position involves assisting multiple members in the Tax Group in areas of federal, state and international income tax compliance and reporting as well as an introduction to tax accounting and tax research. The successful candidate will have as his or her main objective to gain an understanding of what it is like to work in a best in class corporate tax department. He or she will be a motivated, fast learner who is looking to develop and learn valuable broad-based tax skills. Main Responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

* Federal and international income tax compliance and provision experience with respective book to tax difference workpapers
* Assist in state income tax compliance
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly federal and state estimated income tax payments
* Perform basic tax research using CCH and BNA software
* Assist in preparation of tax provision schedules/calculations
* Assist with international compliance work
* Participation in income tax audits by compiling supporting documentation as needed
* Administrative assistance as needed
* Assist with special projects as assigned
* Gain working knowledge in the Thomson Reuters Tax Related software applications such as OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision

* Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism in the workplace
* Ability to work well alone with clear and limited direction as well as the ability to work well in a team
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Must be detail oriented and well organized
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Educational Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation at an accredited university
* 3.5 GPA or above preferred
