Job Description

InnerPacific Alliance for Cancer Care is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to work on Wednesday and Thursday. This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Demonstrates knowledge of age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly. This includes physiological, psychological, and developmental differences unique to each group. Participates in company-wide quality initiatives.


* Must be a graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
* Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in Washington State and eligible in Idaho for RN license
* Current BCS certification
* Experience and knowledge of the purpose and use of medications in the treatment of cancer preferred

About Cancer Care Northwest

Cancer Care Northwest is the leading cancer care provider in the Inland Northwest. The practice is a physician-owned oncology network providing fully integrated leading-edge hematology/oncology care to patients in several state-of-the-art facilities. With over 20 year's of experience treating cancer patients, we recognize the importance of consolidating diagnostic tests, treatments and support programs under one roof, eliminating the need for patients to go from one facility to another for various services. Our patients lead busy lives with pressing time demands in addition to their cancer treatment, and we are committed to providing comprehensive, leading-edge treatment programs designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind. Cancer Care Northwest is the only cancer treatment facility in the Inland Northwest with its own stationary Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Scanner, the very latest nuclear imaging technology used in the diagnosis and management of various cancers and other diseases. Our new PET Scanner brings a whole new level of diagnostic capabilities to our practice and we are pleased to offer our patients and the entire Spokane medical community access to this new and exciting technology. Research is an important part of our practice, and through our associations with national and regional clinical research groups, we are currently participating in over 125 clinical trials. During the last four years, we have placed over 400 patients on trials. These cutting-edge research studies advance our knowledge and cures for various types of cancers, as well as give our patients the very latest treatment options right here at home.
