Camping World is now hiring a Real Estate Accountant for our Lincolnshire, IL office.

The Real Estate Accountant will be responsible for:Accounting & analysis for lease, rental, and other tenancy related payments for approximately 190 stores and 3 corporate offices.

Essential Job Functions

* Analysis and reconciliation of rent payments.
* Review, analyze, and perform audits of year end statements from landlords regarding Common Area Maintenance, Real Estate Taxes, Utilities and Advertising costs.
* Assist the Real Estate and Development with any lease module related questions.
* Review lease module for the activation of a lease once a new store has opened.
* Work closely with Real Estate Development group and Accounts Payable to resolve any discrepancies and/or outstanding balances.
* Track and recoup tenant allowance reimbursement.
* Assist Real Estate/Legal and Lease Administration with all their needs surrounding tenancy costs, payments, transaction history, etc.
* Positive attitude, sense of urgency self-starter.
* Continually improve processes and initiate procedure enhancements
* Willingness to work in both an individual and team environment.
* Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Skills

* College graduate (4 year degree preferred), or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing
* Must possess excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
* Must possess excellent technical/computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
