Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for increasing gaming revenue through telemarketing to Asian VIP players with the objective of increasing visitation, as well as building and maintaining relationships with those players with the goal of further developing brand loyalty to Harrah's/Harveys Lake Tahoe property.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Telemarketing Asian segments from generated lists of direct mail or event invitation recipients with goal of increasing players' visitation to Tahoe properties.


* Assisting team members; Work with team members to achieve team and personal goals.


* Corresponding through email, internet, and referral with the targeted players to further develop business loyalty and increased visitation to Tahoe properties.


* Attending player events, which players have been personally invited to establish personal relationships with those players.


* Arranging players' trip and ensure they have the best experience on properties.


* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all promotions, events, entertainment related to Asian gaming targeted segment and general property information. Stayed informed of competitive promotional methods.


* Communicating information and feedback on customer experiences to the appropriate department managers.


* Maintaining a courteous, efficient, helpful, and professional manner with all customers, internally and externally.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

* College Degree with emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred.



QUALIFICATIONS:

* Literate and fluent in Mandarin and English


* Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and sales skills.


* Ability to resolve problems to the satisfaction of both the players and the company.


* Computer literate; Experience with CMS and LMS desired.


* Ability to independently maintain high level of productivity.


* Ability to maintain strictest confidence regarding all information concerning Caesars Entertainment


* Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.


* Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures



PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

* Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours).


* Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment.


* Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.


* Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel


* Must have mobility to navigate between the two properties


* Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, use repetitive hand motion

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy

environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
