Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for providing Human Resources administrative supportfor corporate and branch hiring and onboarding processes.

Essential Functions,Roles and Responsibilities: Essentialduties and responsibilities include the following:

* Complies with all quality, safety, health, environmentalrequirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position
* Prepares offer letters, submits for approval,and extends offers to qualified candidates
* Coordinates all pre-employment screening, runsbackground checks, creates medical requisitions for pre-employment testing,receives and interprets physical results
* Updatescandidate status in the Applicant Tracking System once each step has beencompleted
* Coordinatesoffers and communicates directly with hiring managers as needed
* Reviews documents and paperwork for completionand/or errors
* Performs data entry needed to process NewHires, Changes, and Terminations
* Scanspaperwork into employee personnel files, creating both electronic and paperfiles as needed
* Prepare orientation materials and new hiredocuments for new hires
* Ensure that Employee Handbooks and other newhire materials are kept in stock
* Special projects orassignments as directed by management

Education,Training, Experience:

OfficeAdministration certificate from college or technical school, or three to fiveyears related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience3+ years of administrative experience in a HumanResources environment

Certifications,Licenses, Registrations: Nonerequired

Job Knowledge,Skills, Abilities: Background in Human Resources with a solidunderstanding of the function's overall impact. Ability to communicateeffectively with associates at all levels. Ability to exercise a high degree ofdiscretion with confidential information.
