Job Description

CACI is seeking a cleared Program Control Analyst to support its team in Albuquerque, NM. Join Team CACI!

What You'll Get to Do:

* Responsible for providing support to Program and Project Managers in the preparation and analysis of complex program/project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business related task.
* Develop financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
* Monitor progress of program/project cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
* Capture and distribute meeting minutes, maintain temporary duty/travel and personal time off log for program
* Perform complex financial/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs.
* Prepare complex financial/administrative reports and distributes to customer/user organizations.
* Provide weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programs. Conducts complex financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis etc).
* Perform non-routine analysis and prepares non=routine financial reports. Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues.
* Interface with customers on financial issues and performs extensive investigations as required.
* Maintain contract budgets, prepares material estimates and delivery schedules.
* Provide guidance to managers on financial issues related to budget and reporting.
* Review the work of others and be able to detect/report errors or needed modifications.
* Work in a team environment, Quality Team Member

More About The Role:

The successful candidate will provide on-site project management / administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to managers, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting, contract administration. Maintains contract budgets, estimates materials, labor hour projections.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* A minimum Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret
* Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience.
* Experienced in financial data analysis.
* Strong MS Excel skills a must.
* Experience in finance, business, or project management.
* Highly organized and attentive to details and an initiative taker with interpersonal skills.
* Experience developing or providing input to streamlined financial reporting that uses common data fields.
* Proficient with MS Office tools.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Active Top Secret.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.
* Experience with Deltek, Costpoint, and COGNOS.
