Description:

All positions require an active TS SCI with Poly.

Under close supervision, maintains data files and control procedures for a system of networked computers or for a single group of microcomputers linked to a host workstation, or mainframe. Assists in maintaining system security and data integrity. Assigns passwords and monitors use of resources, backs up files as required and responds to management requests for information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides 24x7 Help Desk support as defined by first response/Tier 2 support. Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, LAN/WAN, PKI support, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications. Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems. Must demonstrate the ability to understand process flows to other IT systems and create and maintain user accounts. Candidate will be responsible for logging date, developing SOP documents, and triage and route tickets. In addition candidate will be responsible for reporting, trend analysis and metrics reporting. Candidate may be involved in meetings, training, and development of new processes to streamline operations.
Must have one of the following certifications:
Computer Technology Industry Association - A + (A +) or
Computer Technology Industry Association - Network + (Network+) or DoD 8570.1M compliant.
For those that have the experience but no certification, CACI will work with candidate to obtain a certification prior to them being placed on contract.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years' of Helpdesk experience with a Bachelor's degree in business, technical or math related field. Five (5) years with an Associate's Degree or seven (7) years may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
