Description:

All positions require an active TS SCI with Poly.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Leads project teams in the analysis of factors and components of systems and processes to manage interrelationships and facilitate change. Detects inefficiencies or conflicts in systems and processes and helps to identify effective improvements. Facilitates communications between customers, SME's and Technical staff. Participates in various testing functions (i.e. string and acceptance tests) to verify that results are correct.

EXPERIENCE:
Must have one of the following certifications or compliant with DoD 8570.01-M certification requirement:
Computer Technology Industry Association - A+ or
Computer Technology Industry Association - Network+ or a DOD 8570.01-M appropriate certification.
For those that have the experience but no certification, CACI will work with candidate to obtain a certification prior to them being placed on contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops requirements from project's inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems). Assists other project members with analysis, evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life-cycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation. Candidate may be required to respond to after-hours requests as required in a 24 x 7 environment. Must demonstrate expert technical knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and have knowledge in Windows administration or IIS. Knowledge should include development, installation, configuration, provisioning, and maintenance. Desired skills include: strong knowledge of SharePoint Architecture, Object Model, Shared Services, SharePoint Templates and SharePoint Features; familiarity with SharePoint design and development using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer; knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework; experience with web development, including XHTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS, DOM, XML and XSLT; experience building custom solutions in SharePoint 2010/2013, including Web Parts, Experience with MSFT Team Foundation Services; and working in a .NET development environment. Customer service skills for tier 2 and 3 support/troubleshooting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related work experience. Masters degree preferred. A Master's Degree in a Technical, Computer or Math related field with five (5) years' experience in the following: Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and IP routing protocols. A Bachelor's Degree with seven (7) years' experience; an Associate's Degree with ten (10) years of experience may be substituted for the Master's Degree. No degree with 10 years of experience implementing information technology solutions is acceptable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, traffic management and cloud computing experience are desired.
