Resolves incidents on the customer enterprise IT that are outside of normal scripted responses. Possesses a CCNA or FCNE Certification as required by position. Applies available tools and techniques to restore network services remotely. Implements and/or articulates corrective measures and document that information into knowledge articles.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related (data center environment) experience.
