Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager, will lead a portfolio of projects in a variety of operations and technology integration to include software development, systems operations, service desk and mission essential programs. This portfolio contains a diverse business base including fixed price, time and material and cost plus prime contracts and subcontracts in the federal civilian market.
The Program Manager will provide strategic vision and the associated roadmap to ensure the continued growth and success of the Enterprise IT market across Federal Civilian agencies. The Program Manager will serve as a key operational leader and be fully accountable for the ongoing success of the portfolio, reporting to the Director of Federal Civilian Enterprise IT. While the new Program Manager will leverage and maximize a strong current base of business and reference accounts, he/she will also be expected to develop adjacent opportunities and continue to win new programs. The leader will have demonstrated the ability to develop an enhanced vision and have the track record to show that they can operationalize such a plan. The candidate will have experience with and drive to pursue and capture of major EIT opportunities through collaboration with other PMs, Directors, and VPs in the EIT Operating Group. Concurrently, the candidate will continue to develop and scale the talent level within the business unit.
-Managing customer relationships, developing and managing expectations, developing program roadmaps to meet customer objectives.
-Full P&L and contract/task management responsibility to include, but not limited to technical, cost, schedule, compliance, staffing, customer satisfaction and financial reporting.
-Using established relationships and developing new ones with key decision makers and acquisition officials, (within targeted customers) to lead/win new business.
-Implementing consistent and standard processes for business planning and forecasting, staffing, delivery reporting and client relationship management.
-Maintaining contractual and programmatic oversight of all projects within the portfolio through effective communications.
-Working closely with peers in Enterprise IT, as well as corporate staff to ensure effective pursuit strategies for programs that require multi-operating/business group collaboration.
-Providing clear and concise communications up, down and across CACI.
-Representing CACI at an executive level across the key market spaces as well as with industry-partner executives.
-Keeping alert to and creating opportunities for potential acquisitions that complement CACI's capabilities and make it more competitive in the Enterprise IT market.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 12-15 years of experience. A minimum of 5 years of applying information technology solutions to meet business needs.
5 years or more of program and technical performance and management, preferably in Government contracting.
Proven success in end to end proposal and capture: opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal submission.
Strong technical background and excellent oral presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaboratively deliver proposals, technical solutions, and company capabilities.
Minimum active SECRET security clearance.
Desired Qualifications: PMP; Capture Manager and/or Proposal Manager experience. 10 or more years of relevant experience. Membership/participation in industry/professional organizations (ACT-IAC, AFCEA, etc).
