  • Define and own the Workforce Management (WFM) process in the America’s region
  • Support the Stores operationally with WFM
  • Manage the ongoing improvements in the tool helping the business realise the ROI


  • Workforce Management Business Strategy
  • Partnering with Regional Operations teams to ensure stores are achieving their optimization goals for sales through WFM
  • Monitor Productivity
  • Leverage WFM Analytics data to provide data for leadership to improve productivity
  • Support the execution of automated Labour scheduling and managing the feedback process
  • Develop and Support best practice for Kronos system
  • Evaluate the impact of the applications and processes
  • Alignment of cross departmental streams on WFM BAU
  • Manage and execute Timekeeper, Scheduling, Forecasting, Scheduling and Analytics configuration
  • Manage new Labour Standards
  • Manage and Update Policy and Process Documentation
  • Manage Education and Training for Joiners, Movers & Leavers
  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line support to the Retail business


  • KRONOS Product Knowledge Essential
  • Undergraduate Degree with a focus on analysis and business outcome
  • Retail Background
  • Minimum of 5 years Retail experience with focus on Staff Scheduling 
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management
  • General experience of working in a global luxury retail business.
