Job Description

$15,000 sign on for experienced nurses, $5,000 sign on for new graduates! Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a great attitude who is a dependable team player! Must be highly motivated and committed to a quality of care that emphasizes the patient first. The Registered Nurse on the Telemetry unit cares for medical/surgical patients that require telemetry monitoring. The nurse must be familiar with rhythm interpretation and management of arrhythmias. The unit is used as a step down from ICU and does occasionally use cardiac drips specific to this unit. Typical nurse to patient ratio is 5:1.
Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience:

Prior acute care experience preferred, new graduates will be considered.
Certifications/Licenses:

Current Texas Registered Nurse license; or eligible for immediate state license.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required
