Job Description

Company Info

Bridge Investment Group ("Bridge") is a leading forward integrated real estate private equity firm with $15 billion in assets under management and a 30-year history as a real estate owner-operator. Bridge combines its 2,600+ person, nationwide, "boots-on-the-ground" operating platform with specialized teams of investment professionals focused on select U.S. real estate verticals, which Bridge believes offer above-market opportunity: Multifamily, Workforce & Affordable Housing, Seniors Housing & Medical Properties, Office, Debt Strategies, and Opportunity Zones.

Bridge is hiring a rising Senior for the 2020 Summer Analyst position in a rotational program between our Capital Markets and Debt Strategies groups. This NYC-based rotational program offers unique exposure, within one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate private equity firms globally, to learn how to both raise and deploy capital within value-add, specialized real estate verticals. These roles cannot exist without one another, and the Summer Analyst will develop a valuable, cross-functional skillset.

Department Info

Bridge's Capital Markets Group works with some of the largest and most sophisticated institutional investors in the world. The team is responsible for raising capital across Bridge's six investment verticals. The Summer Analyst will support client-facing and capital raising functions, including developing marketing materials, conducting competitive and investor research, assisting with investor due diligence, launching new Funds, supporting each step of the fundraising process, and developing firmwide strategic growth initiatives related to product and business development. The Summer Analyst will work directly with Managing Directors, in a client-facing role, and is expected to participate in client meetings.

Bridge Debt Strategies is one of Bridge's six specialized investment verticals with over $3.9 billion in equity capital backed by over 1,500 assets across the country. Bridge is the 12th largest real estate debt manager globally and among the top ten in the US. Bridge Debt Strategies invests in commercial real estate-backed debt opportunities, including "invite-only" Freddie Mac securitizations in which Bridge holds the position as the top counterpart in the industry, and directly originates first mortgage loans supported by the strength of Bridge's nationwide operating platform. The Summer Analyst will work on the originations team and assist with underwriting new transactions, deal sizing and evaluation, asset due diligence, CRE-CLO executions and deal closings.

Position Info

Bridge's fast-growing, entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Analyst will be expected to take initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the program.
