The Security Business Manager & Program Coordinator is responsible for the alignment, coordination, aggregation, analysis, and reporting of cyber security posture for Digital, Commercial, Retail, Insurance, and Enterprise Services. The position will work closely with the Divisional CISO, business, Cyber Services, and staff to provide visibility and comprehensive executive level reporting as well as insure alignment to strategic cyber initiatives. The position will be responsible to ensure that the various Cyber Services Delivery team and Cyber services align and provide reporting for all projects in the portfolio (e.g. cyber, business) to provide projects updates and status, cyber metrics, current threats, risks, and remediation activities. In addition, the position will work with the Cyber metrics and automation team to continuously improve the comprehensiveness and transparency of cyber metrics for the business.

Primary Responsibilities

* Prepare executive level presentations and aggregate metrics for key IT and business routines
* Establish reporting strategy and partner with Cyber Security Service Delivery Managers to foster seamless alignment of content
* Extract performance metrics from various systems (with an eye on automation) to feed reporting suite and presentations
* Proactively identify deficiencies and/or opportunities to improve reporting and work with stakeholders to drive process improvement
* Proactively work with the business and Cyber to identify key dependencies, risk, and issues
* Proactively work with the business and Cyber to identify key areas for Strategy
* Create governance material including funding request, status reports, release/deployment request, etc.
* Partner with incident response teams to improve incident management communication for the business
* Set standards/templates for presentations and reporting and educate the staff (as needed)
* Create process flow charts for relevant cyber functions

Basic Qualifications

* Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
* Possess thought leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work across IT, Business, and Cyber teams in a collaborative fashion
* Familiar with technology / IT terminology and ability to articulate complex technical details in concise, business-focused language
* Extensive experience creating client-facing and Executive presentation decks
* Expert level skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word/Excel
* Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
* Ability to prioritize and manage timelines that may change frequently
* Works well in both a team environment and independently
