Brain Life Center is now hiring. Clarkston and Plymouth Locations: Office Administration

We are a Christian health & wellness center in Plymouth and Clarkston looking for help in both locations with office administration, client care, technology, consulting and other positions (No experience necessary, will train)

Location: Clarkston and Plymouth, Michigan

Reports to: Lead trainer, team leader, manager and owners.

Job Description:

Helping families with our non-intrusive Brainwave Optimization technology. If you have a strong desire to help others and you would like to be part of a team that changes people's lives for the better every day, then you may be an excellent candidate for Brain Life Center. The technology we use has helped over 100,000 people. We offer training for all positions and pay is starting at $9 per hour and up. We are looking to fill a number of positions for people who would like to be part of a business that offers the most advanced brain fitness support modality available today. We work with people suffering from sleep issues, depression, ADD/ADHD, anxiety and PTSD as well as those wanting to improve in sports, job & cognitive performance.

Job Objectives:

-To support our team in offering an exclusive licensed & masters level V certified Brainwave Optimization technology for our growing list of clientele. Depending on the position you choose you may focus on a number of responsibilities such as:

-Developing a software and protocol understanding of our technology.

-Following client tracking and calendar schedules.

-Placing EEG sensors and running proprietary software.

-Demonstrating your ability to carry on customer conversations and develop rapport.

-Reading charts and graphs and making protocol recommendations.

-Helping clients through a series of chosen protocols.

-Assisting in the implementation of company organizing systems.

-Gathering and submitting client information for accounting purposes.

-Helping maintain accurate records of clients and their sessions.

-Adhering to all company policies, procedures, ethics and codes.

-Working comfortably within our Brain Life Center team.

-Participating in and contributing to the development of training programs offered to new employees.

-Developing and implementing messaging and communication through various media such as website, social media, radio, television, etc.

Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation

-Maintain contact with our team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all BLC team members/associates.

-Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, and focus on serving our clients and each other.

-Collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

-Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.

Job Specifications:

-Flexible hours (hours may vary based on your scheduling objectives)

-Interest in long term position and consistently available for set amount of hours per week.

-Some experience with computers a must.

-Strong understanding of client communications and relations.

-Willingness to work hard with a team of professionals.

-Hourly pay based on skill set and performance level.

Can increase quickly based on performance.
