Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support and coordinate GMS master's programs by assisting with enrollment, data management and program assessments. The incumbent will have the ability to to assist a diverse community of students, faculty and staff with a willingness to take on numerous responsibilities around program enrollment and linking data across multiple platforms.

He or she must be organized and be able to handle sensitive, confidential documents in a professional manner. The Administrative Coordinator will also manage cyclical updates on the website.

Required Skills

Qualifications (Minimum education and experience level required): A minimum of a B.A/B.S or 5 or more years of work year experience in the similar field. Must have professional work ethic; professional appearance; be willing and able to perform multiple tasks that require considerable judgment, tact and understanding of the organization's procedures, especially on confidential matters; must be willing to learn and adapt to office environment. Must have good time management skills, organization, accuracy and attention to detail, especially in preparing and verifying important documents.

Skill requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and be familiar with Blackboard, Word Press, web survey development and implementation. Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are important. Dependability is expected, as well as flexibility during events. Must demonstrate excellent customer service and be able to adjust to individual needs of a diverse community of students, staff and faculty.
