In your role, you will:

Responsible for administrative tasks including researching, analyzing, investigating and maintaining service proposals, work packages and invoices for the shop. This position will monitor work in progress to identify possible schedule impact and monitors plan for maintenance events as they arrive. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support to Project Managers/General Supervisors and Operations Managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assemble maintenance work packages.

- Verify customer credit status

- Work with customers for clarification of requirements to ensure customer expectations are met.

- Input discrepancy and corrective actions SAP as required.

- Create component and/or services orders as required.

- Update company systems such as Pivotal and SAP

- Update CAMP

- Disseminate tech manuals and publications

- Order Parts/Tooling

- Create Purchase Requisitions


As our ideal candidate,

- Prefer 2 years experience in aircraft maintenance environment

- Prefer 2 -5 years of general office experience

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and other areas of business

- Ability to operate office equipment

- Computer skills to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database and web-based applications

- Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting with rapidly changing priorities

Additional Desired Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of 135/121/91

- A&P or FCC license

- Basic working knowledge of the aircraft systems
