Bombardier Transportation are recruiting for a Business Analyst in the following International locations: Germany (Hennigsdorf) France (Crespin) UK (Derby) or Romania (Cluj)

Your Role

As Business Analyst, you will be required to develop, establish and maintain an overall plan that is designed to deliver the key objectives of the Transformation program.

This will include providing guidance to work streams in close liaison with Senior Management to ensure that all business transformation projects are delivered in accordance with the Bombardier Transportation approach.

You will be responsible for coordinating links with other work streams to ensure that appropriate risk ownership is taken and interdependencies are identified and managed appropriately, supporting the development of implementation plans and increasing the effectiveness of the Transformation Strategy.

You will be quick to learn with high levels of accuracy and possessing an analytical mindset, curious and creative in your approach.

Business Analysis

The successful candidate will be able to provide market and analytical expertise upon request to identify and maximize business opportunities, working closely with the various stakeholders of the organization to generate and deliver key market intelligence and business analysis data in the assigned focus areas

You will be competent in preparing and present management presentations and decision papers whilst proposing improvements and updates to existing processes, performing relevant analyses to support and incite strategic thinking.

Communication

You will be a confident communicator, able to influence and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Able to organize and execute management meetings to accelerate the implementation of assigned projects, providing input to the preparation of newsletters and presentations for internal communication

The focal point to the PMO Network, organising and leading PMO calls - enabling best practice transfer and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience

- Ideally you will have experience of the Rail or other relevant manufacturing industry

- Strong analytical skills

- Solid business intelligence, management and planning skills

- Substantial experience of leading business transformation and project management in complex organisations

- Experience in working with senior management

- Experience in employee engagement and influencing staff, senior managers and other stakeholders to achieve organisational outcomes

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at all levels

- Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve productive solutions

- Advanced presentation skills

- Ability to work in an independent and structured manner

- Deliver high-quality results under time pressure
